Abstrak

Keberhasilan event Formula E Jakarta yang diselenggarakan pada tahun 2022 menjadi
perbincangan hangat, karena event Formula E Jakarta berjalan dengan sukses meskipun tanpa
ada dukungan dari Pemeintah pusat khususnya BUMN, sebagai stakeholder. Penelitian ini
bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor utama keberhasilan event Formula E yang sudah
diselenggarakan di Kota Jakarta, dengan menganalisis moment, objective, reputatation
building, people, habitual change, dan peran stakeholder menggunakan acuan teori MORPH.
Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan paradigma
konstruktivisme, pengumpulan data dilakukan dari data sekunder pemberitaan di portal berita
online, wawancara mendalam, observatif pastisipatif, dokumentasi, dan studi pustaka. Hasil
penelitian menunjukan bahwa faktor utama keberhasilan event Formula E adalah ketepatan
dalam memilih moment.

The success of the Formula E Jakarta event which was held in 2022 became a hot topic of
discussion, because the Formula E Jakarta event was running successfully even without the
support of the central government, especially SOEs, as stakeholders. This study aims to analyze
the main factors for the success of the Formula E event that has been held in the city of Jakarta,
by analyzing the moment, objective, reputation building, people, habitual change, and the role
of stakeholders using the MORPH theory as a reference. The research method used is
descriptive qualitative with constructivism paradigm, data collection is carried out from
secondary data on news reports on online news portals, in-depth interviews, participatory
observations, documentation, and literature studies. The results showed that the main factor in
the success of the Formula E event was the accuracy in choosing the moment
