This study aims to analyze Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) and Net Interest Margin (NIM) that affect Return On Assets (ROA) at Bank BJB Buah Batu Branch period 2013-2017. The core problem of this research is the disbursement of unsuitable credit with the existing theory if the greater the credit disbursed, the profit will increase. At PT Bank BJB inversely proportional with the existing theory so it is necessary to analyze the development of LDR and NIM that affect ROA. The method used is by using a descriptive method, and verification method and using multiple linear regression analysis. This data processing uses the SPSS 23. application program. The results of this study indicate that partially shows the LDR has no significant effect on ROA, meaning that there is factual truth from the BJB Bank made possible by the increasing quality of the LDR will affect the increase in profit shown by ROA and NIM has a significant effect against ROA. Simultaneous results of both LDR and NIM have a significant effect on ROA, meaning that with the ratio analysis performed, the higher the LDR and NIM values, it will immediately increase the profit of the BJB Bank by using ROA.
