Peramalan traffic call berdampakbesardalamduniacall centeruntukmenghindaritidaktercapainya target perusahaan. Oleh karena itu peramalan traffic call menjadi penting. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data time series dari COF (call offered)padabulanJanuarisampaidenganbulanJuni 2016 akandiolahdenganmenggunakanbantuanaplikasi DTREG , metode yang digunakan Neural Network. Hasil penelitian ini mampu menghasilkan peramalan traffic call dengan Root Mean Square Error yang dihasilkan mencapai 0.0522,&#13;
