ABSTRAK Siti Rahmawati (65160047), “Pengaruh Metode Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) dan Reorder Point (ROP) Terhadap Pengendalian Persediaan Bahan Baku kain di CV Jayadi Sukses Makmur”. Masih terdapat permasalahan dalam pemenuhan persediaan bahan baku kain di CV. Jayadi Sukses Makmur, dimana masih terdapat order toko yang masih belum 100% terpenuhi permintaannya, dimana total persentase tertinggi order yang belum terealisasi selama periode januari sampai april 2020 per Mei 2020 adalah terdapat pada bulan Maret 2020 yaitu sebesar 50%, dimana penyebab ketidaktersediaan bahan baku adalah disebabkan karena pada kain wafel cotton warna merah terjadi luntur warna yang menyebabkan harus dilakukannya retur bahan baku pada pemasok, selain itu terjadi keterlambatan pemenuhan bahan baku kain wafel cotton warna orange dikarenakan bahan baku belum selesai diproses celup. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh metode economical order quantity (EOQ) dan reorder point (ROP) terhadap pengendalian persediaan bahan baku kain di CV Jayadi Sukses Makmur. Teknik analisis data menggunakan metode deskriptif verifikatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, yaitu metode yang menggambarkan terkait fakta atau pengaruh fenomena yang diteliti dan menguji kebenaran hipotesis melalui proses pengumpulan data dilapangan melalui proses analisis statistic. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Metode economic order quantity berpengaruh signifikan di CV. Jayadi Sukses Makmur. Namun terdapat perbedaan dengan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan terkait dengan pengaruh reorder point terhadap pengendalian persediaan bahan baku kain di CV. Jayadi Sukses Makmur, dimana hasil penelitiannya menunjukan bahwa reorder point tidak memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap pengendalian persediaan bahan baku kain di CV. Jayadi Sukses Makmur. Namun hasil penelitian menggunakan uji f menujukan bahwa metode eoq dan rop berpengaruh positif terhadap pengendalian persediaan bahan baku kain di CV. However, there are differences with the results of research conducted related to the effect of reorder points on controlling fabric raw material inventory at CV.
