Persaingan dalam dunia bisnis yang semakin ketat membuat para pengusaha &#13;
berusaha mencari strategi yang tepat dalam memasarkan produknya. Salah satunya &#13;
dengan meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan dan brand image di perusahaan Penelitian &#13;
ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan brand Image&#13;
secara parsial dan simultan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk quran di toko &#13;
jannatii. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode deskriftif verifikatif. &#13;
Teknik sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini menggunakan non probability &#13;
sampling dengan metode Accidental sampling yaitu dengan cara pengambilan &#13;
sampel pada sumber data secara acak. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak &#13;
100 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kualitas pelayanan dan brand image&#13;
berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk &#13;
quran di toko jannatii&#13;

Alfia Rizky (66160078), The Influence of Service Quality and Brand Image on &#13;
Purchasing Decisions of Quran Products at Jannatii Stores.&#13;
Competition in the business world is getting tighter, making entrepreneurs try to &#13;
find the right strategy in marketing their products. One of them is by improving &#13;
service quality and brand image in the company. This study aims to determine the &#13;
effect of service quality and brand image partially and simultaneously on &#13;
purchasing decisions of Quran products in teak shops. The data analysis technique &#13;
used is descriptive verification method. The sampling technique used in this study &#13;
used non-probability sampling with the Accidental sampling method, namely by &#13;
taking samples from random data sources. The number of samples used was 100 &#13;
people. The results showed that service quality and brand image had a significant &#13;
effect simultaneously on purchasing decisions of Quran products in Jannatii stores.&#13;
