Amanda Putri (66160072), Work-life balance ditinjau dari aspek work from &#13;
home dan perceived organizational support selama masa pandemi COVID-19 &#13;
pada karyawan Gramedia Trans Studio Mall (TSM) Bandung.&#13;
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui work-life balance karyawan &#13;
ditinjau dari aspek work from home dan perceived organizational support dimasa &#13;
pandemi COVID-19 pada karyawan Gramedia TSM Bandung. Metode penelitian &#13;
yang digunakan adalah metode survei dengan tipe penelitian deskriptif verifikatif. &#13;
Data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang didapatkan dari penyebaran &#13;
kuesioner kepada 30 responden menggunakan metode non probability sampling &#13;
dengan teknik sampling jenuh. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa work from &#13;
home dan perceived organizational support secara parsial dan simultan memiliki &#13;
pengaruh yang sama, yaitu berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap work-life &#13;
balance karyawan Gramedia TSM Bandung. Dalam uji simultan perceived &#13;
organizational support memiliki pengaruh yang lebih tinggi terhadap work-life &#13;
balance dibandingan dengan pengaruh work from home. Terdapat dimensi atau &#13;
indikator yang paling tinggi dan paling rendah dalam membangun masing-masing &#13;
variabel dan hasil dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat digunakan perusahaan guna &#13;
meminimalisir dan mengantisipasi terjadinya pengaruh-pengaruh negatif terhadap &#13;
work-life balance ditinjau dari aspek work from home dan perceived organizational &#13;
suppot.&#13;

ABSTRACT&#13;
Amanda Putri (66160072), Work-life balance in terms of work from home and &#13;
perceived of organizational support aspect during the COVID-19 pandemic on &#13;
the employees of Gramedia Trans Studio Mall (TSM) Bandung.&#13;
The purpose of this study was to see the work-life balance of employees in terms of &#13;
the aspect of working from home and perceived organizational support during the &#13;
COVID-19 pandemic for Gramedia TSM Bandung employees. The research method &#13;
used is a survey method with descriptive research type verification. The data used &#13;
are primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires to 30 respondents using &#13;
non-probability sampling methods with saturated sampling techniques. The results &#13;
showed that working from home and organizational support that was felt partially &#13;
and simultaneously had the same effect, namely a positive and significant effect on &#13;
the work-life balance of employees of Gramedia TSM Bandung. In the simultaneous &#13;
test, it is felt that there is organizational support that has a higher influence on &#13;
work-life balance compared to the effect of working from home. There are &#13;
dimensions or indicators that are the highest and lowest in constructing each &#13;
variable and the results of this study are expected to be used to minimize and &#13;
anticipate the effects of negative influences on work balance - negative effects from &#13;
aspects of work from home and perceptions of organizational support</note>
