ABSTRAK
Amanda Putri (66160072), Work-life balance ditinjau dari aspek work from
home dan perceived organizational support selama masa pandemi COVID-19
pada karyawan Gramedia Trans Studio Mall (TSM) Bandung.
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui work-life balance karyawan
ditinjau dari aspek work from home dan perceived organizational support dimasa
pandemi COVID-19 pada karyawan Gramedia TSM Bandung. Metode penelitian
yang digunakan adalah metode survei dengan tipe penelitian deskriptif verifikatif.
Data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang didapatkan dari penyebaran
kuesioner kepada 30 responden menggunakan metode non probability sampling
dengan teknik sampling jenuh. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa work from
home dan perceived organizational support secara parsial dan simultan memiliki
pengaruh yang sama, yaitu berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap work-life
balance karyawan Gramedia TSM Bandung. Dalam uji simultan perceived
organizational support memiliki pengaruh yang lebih tinggi terhadap work-life
balance dibandingan dengan pengaruh work from home. Terdapat dimensi atau
indikator yang paling tinggi dan paling rendah dalam membangun masing-masing
variabel dan hasil dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat digunakan perusahaan guna
meminimalisir dan mengantisipasi terjadinya pengaruh-pengaruh negatif terhadap
work-life balance ditinjau dari aspek work from home dan perceived organizational
suppot.

ABSTRACT
Amanda Putri (66160072), Work-life balance in terms of work from home and
perceived of organizational support aspect during the COVID-19 pandemic on
the employees of Gramedia Trans Studio Mall (TSM) Bandung.
The purpose of this study was to see the work-life balance of employees in terms of
the aspect of working from home and perceived organizational support during the
COVID-19 pandemic for Gramedia TSM Bandung employees. The research method
used is a survey method with descriptive research type verification. The data used
are primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires to 30 respondents using
non-probability sampling methods with saturated sampling techniques. The results
showed that working from home and organizational support that was felt partially
and simultaneously had the same effect, namely a positive and significant effect on
the work-life balance of employees of Gramedia TSM Bandung. In the simultaneous
test, it is felt that there is organizational support that has a higher influence on
work-life balance compared to the effect of working from home. There are
dimensions or indicators that are the highest and lowest in constructing each
variable and the results of this study are expected to be used to minimize and
anticipate the effects of negative influences on work balance - negative effects from
aspects of work from home and perceptions of organizational support
