Physical distancing yaitu kebijakan pemerintah dalam meminimalisir tingkat &#13;
penyebaran wabah Virus Covid 19 dengan cara mengurangi kontak antar individu &#13;
dengan individu lainnya. Rumusan masalah penelitian ini untuk mengetahui &#13;
dampak kualitas pelayanan dan kepercayaan kosumen dalam keputusan &#13;
penggunaan pada masa pandemi ini. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu masyarakat &#13;
pengguna ojek Online di Kota Bandung dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 &#13;
responden. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu deskriptif dengan &#13;
pendekatan kuantitatif, teknik sampling dalam penelitian ini adalah nonprobability&#13;
sampling data yang digunaan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer yang didapat &#13;
dari kuesioner sedangkan data sekunder didapatkan dari penelitian terdahulu seperti &#13;
jurnal, buku dan internet. Dalam penelitian ini hipotesis secara parsial menyatakan &#13;
bahwa variabel kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap &#13;
keputusan penggunaan jasa ojek online di Kota Bandung, kepercayaan konsumen &#13;
berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan penggunaan jasa ojek Online&#13;
di Kota Bandung secara parsial, lalu hipotesis secara simultan menyatakan bahwa &#13;
kualitas pelayanan dan kepercayaan konsumen berpengaruh positif dan signifikan &#13;
terhadap keputusan penggunaan jasa ojek Online di Kota Bandung&#13;

Physical distancing, namely government policy in minimizing the level of spread &#13;
of the Covid 19 virus outbreak by reducing contact between individuals and other &#13;
individuals. The formulation of the research problem is to determine the impact of &#13;
service quality and consumer trust in decisions about use during this pandemic. The &#13;
population in this study is the online motorcycle taxi user community in Bandung &#13;
with a total sample of 100 respondents. The method used in this research is &#13;
descriptive with a quantitative approach, the sampling technique in this study is &#13;
nonprobability sampling. The data used in this study are primary data obtained from &#13;
questionnaires while secondary data is obtained from previous research such as &#13;
journals, books and the internet. In this study the hypothesis partially states that the &#13;
service quality variable has a positive and significant effect on the decision to use &#13;
online motorcycle taxi services in Bandung, consumer trust has a positive and &#13;
significant effect on the decision to use online motorcycle taxi services in Bandung &#13;
partially, then the hypothesis simultaneously states that quality Service and &#13;
consumer trust have a positive and significant effect on the decision to use online &#13;
motorcycle taxi services in Bandung</note>
