 <note>ABSTRAK&#13;
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh harga, promosi dan kualitas &#13;
pelayanan terhadap keputusan menggunakan layanan Grab-Food pada masyarakat &#13;
kecamatan Kiaracondong Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif &#13;
dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Alat pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah &#13;
kuesioner. Analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur. Pada penelitian ini yang &#13;
menjadi karakteristik responden adalah usia, pekerjaan dan jenis kelamin &#13;
responden. Hasil penelitian dari penelitian ini bahwa adanya pengaruh secara &#13;
signifikan antra harga, promosi dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap keputusan &#13;
menggunakan layana Grab-Food pada masyarakat kecamatan Kiaracondong &#13;
Bandung dengan didapatkan standardized coeffesient beta harga yaitu &#13;
0,310 ,variabel promosi sebesar 0,295 dan kualitas pelyanan sebesar 0,162. Hasil &#13;
uji f ini ditunjukan oleh nilai fhitung lebih besar dari ftabel atau hasil menunjukan &#13;
12,654 &gt; 2,14 . Dan nilai signifikansi harga 0,002 , promosi 0,003 dan kualitas &#13;
pelayanan 0,066 masing &lt; 0,1.&#13;

ABSTRACT&#13;
This study aims to determine the effect of price, promotion and service quality on &#13;
the decision to use the Grab-Food service in the Kiaracondong sub-district &#13;
community in Bandung. This study uses a descriptive method with a quantitative &#13;
approach. The data collection tool used was a questionnaire. The analysis used is &#13;
path analysis. In this study, the characteristics of the respondents were age, &#13;
occupation and gender of the respondent. The results of this study show that there &#13;
is a significant influence between price, promotion and service quality on the &#13;
decision to use the Grab-Food service in the Kiaracondong sub-district community &#13;
in Bandung by obtaining a standardized coeffesient beta price of 0.310, promotional &#13;
variables of 0.295 and quality of service of 0.162. The results of the f test are &#13;
indicated by the value of fcount greater than the table or the results show 12.654&gt; &#13;
2.14. And the significance value of price is 0.002, promotion is 0.003 and service &#13;
quality is 0.066, respectively</note>
