Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan harga &#13;
terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dengan studi kasus pada konsumen PT. Tunas Dwipa &#13;
Matra Cabang Jampang Kulon. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif &#13;
dengan analisis deskriptif dan verifikatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu, &#13;
konsumen PT. Tunas Dwipa Matra Cabang Jampang Kulon dengan sampel sebanyak &#13;
130 reponden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu dengan &#13;
uji validitas dan reabilitas, setelah itu dilakukan deskripsi data penelitian untuk &#13;
mengetahui skor yang di dapat dari masing-masing variabel. Selanjutnya dilakukan &#13;
perhitungan analisis korelasi, analisis regresi dan analisis determinasi. Hasil &#13;
penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan dan harga terdapat pengaruh yang &#13;
signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dengan arah positif&#13;

Satisfaction (Case Study on Consumers of PT. Tunas Dwipa Matra Jampang &#13;
Kulon Branch).&#13;
This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and price on customer &#13;
satisfaction with a case study on consumers of PT. Tunas Dwipa Matra Jampang &#13;
Kulon Branch. The research method uses quantitative methods with descriptive and &#13;
verification analysis. The population in this study, namely, consumers of PT. Tunas &#13;
Dwipa Matra Jampang Kulon Branch with a sample of 130 respondents. The data &#13;
analysis technique used in this study is the validity and reliability test, after that a &#13;
description of the research data is carried out to determine the score obtained from &#13;
each variable. Furthermore, the calculation of correlation analysis, regression &#13;
analysis and analysis of determination. The results showed that service quality and &#13;
price had a significant effect on customer satisfaction in a positive direction.</note>
