ABSTRAK
Egi Achmad Faizal (66160071), Peran Perceived Organizational Support dan
Organizational Citizenship Behavior dalam membangun Kinerja karyawan
Tunas Toyota Gatot Subroto Bandung.
Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh perceived organizational
support terhadap kinerja karyawan dan pengaruh organizational citizenship
behavior terhadap kinerja karyawan Tunas Toyota Gatot Subroto Bandung.
Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan
mengambil objek penelitian 70 responden. Penentuan responden diambil
menggunakan metode non probability sampling dengan teknik sampel jenuh.
Jenis penelitian ini yaitu penelitian deskriptif verifikatif dengan menggunakan
analisis linier berganda. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tingkat perceived
organizational support baik, begitu juga dengan tingkat organizational citizenship
behavior dan kinerja berada pada tingkat baik. Pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan
bahwa perceived organizational support berpengaruh positif dan signifikan
terhadap kinerja secara parsial dan organizational citizenship behavior juga
berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja secara parsial. Sedangkan
secara simultan perceived organizational support dan organizational citizenship
behavior berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja. Antara variabel perceived
organizational support dan organizational citizenship behavior, variabel yang
paling dominan mempengaruhi kinerja adalah perceived organizational support.
Kesimpulan penelitian didapat bahwa perceived organizational support dan
organizational citizenship behavior merupakan prediktor penting dalam
membangun kinerja karyawan Tunas Toyota Gatot Subroto Bandung. Penelitian
ini dapat bermanfaat bagi perusahaan dalam membangun kinerja dengan
meningkatkan perceived organizational support dan organizational citizenship
behavior yang baik.
ABSTRACT
Egi Achmad Faizal (66160071), The role of Perceived Organizational Support
and Organizational Citizenship Behavior in building employee performance of
Tunas Toyota Gatot Subroto Bandung.
The study aims to determine the impact of perceived organizational support and
organizational citizenship behavior on performance employees at Tunas Toyota
Gatot Subroto Bandung. The method used in this research is a survey method by
taking samples of 70 respondents. These respondents are taken by using nonprobability sampling method with saturated sampling(census) technique. The type
of the study used in this research is descriptive and verificative survey with
multiple regression analysis. The results of the study are the level of perceived
organizational support is good, while the level of organizational citizenship
behavior and performance are good level. The hypothesis testing shows that
perceived organizational support partially has a positive and significant effect on
performance, and organizational citizenship behavior partially has a positive and
significant effect on performance. Whereas perceived organizational support and
organizational citizenship behavior effect on performance simultaneously. The
variable that most influences performance is perceived organizational support.
The study concludes that perceived organizational support and organizational
citizenship behavior are two important predictors in order to build employee
performance of Tunas Toyota Gatot Subroto Bandung. This is useful for company
in building performance by increasing perceived organizational support and good
organizational citizenship behavior.
