Pelayanan serta sikap yang ditujukan oleh konsumen dan petugas dalam&#13;
memberikan pelayanan terhadap konsumen memutuskan atas penggunaan jasa &#13;
kereta api dengan beberapa keluhan konsumen yang terjadi pada kereta api &#13;
Bandung menjadi perhatian bagi konsumen dalam memenuhi kenyamanan, &#13;
keselamatan dan kesehatan dengan memperhatikan harapan keinginan konsumen &#13;
atas layanan transportasi umum bagi masyarakat Indonesia khususnya masyarakat &#13;
kota Bandung hingga saat ini. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini untuk mengetahui &#13;
pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan sikap konsumen terhadap keputusan pengguna &#13;
kereta api Bandung raya. Berdasarkan variabel penelitian, jenis penelitian yang &#13;
digunakan yaitu analisis deskriptif dan verifikatif, dengan metode kuantitatif serta &#13;
uji asumsi klasik, regresi linier berganda dan uji hipotesis untuk mengetahui hasil &#13;
dari penelitian yang dilakukan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan adanya pengaruh &#13;
signifikan dari kualitas pelayanan dan sikap konsumen terhadap keputusan &#13;
pengguna kereta api secara parsial, serta uji secara simultan menunjukan kedua &#13;
variabel berkontribusi dengan baik dalam penelitian ini terhadap keputusan &#13;
pengguna kereta api Bandung raya hal ini dikarenakan beberapa pelayanan baik &#13;
fasilitas, sarana dan sikap petugas dalam melayani konsumen dapat mempengaruhi &#13;
dalam memutuskan menggunakan kereta api Bandung.&#13;

Gian Rahayu (66160095), The Influence of Service Quality and Consumer &#13;
Attitudes on the Decision of Bandung Raya Local Train Users&#13;
Services and attitudes aimed at consumers and officers in providing services to &#13;
consumers decide on the use of train services with some consumer complaints that &#13;
occur on the Bandung train to become a concern for consumers in fulfilling &#13;
comfort, safety and health by paying attention to consumer expectations for public &#13;
transportation services for the people of Indonesia, especially the people of &#13;
Bandung until now. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service &#13;
quality and consumer attitudes on the decisions of Bandung highway train users. &#13;
Based on research variables, the type of research used is descriptive analysis and &#13;
verification, with quantitative methods and classical assumption tests, multiple &#13;
linear regression and hypothesis testing to determine the results of the research &#13;
conducted. The results showed that there was a significant influence of service &#13;
quality and consumer attitudes towards the decisions of train users partially, and &#13;
the simultaneous test showed that the two variables contributed well in this study &#13;
to the decisions of train users in Bandung Raya. This was due to several good &#13;
services facilities, facilities and the attitude of officers in serving consumers can &#13;
influence in deciding to use the Bandung train.</note>
