Loyalitas Pelanggan merupakan salah satu faktor penting dalam peningkatan dan &#13;
penurunan penjualan dalam sebuah perusahaan. Namun, dengan kualitas pelayanan, citra &#13;
merek dan inovasi produk yang baik diharapkan mampu meningkatkan loyalitas &#13;
pelanggan sehingga diharapkan dapat meningkatkan penjualan perusahaan. Berdasarkan &#13;
hal tersebut maka penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas &#13;
pelayanan, citra merek dan inovasi produk terhadap loyalitas pelanggan Gitar Genta pada &#13;
PT Genta Tri Karya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survei dengan &#13;
jenis penelitian deskriptif dan verifikatif. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang &#13;
didapatkan dari penyebaran kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas &#13;
pelayanan secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap loyalitas &#13;
pelanggan, citra merek secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan, dan &#13;
inovasi produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Namun &#13;
, kualitas pelayanan, citra merek dan inovasi produk secara simultan berpengaruh positif &#13;
dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan Gitar Genta pada PT Genta Tri Karya. &#13;

ABSTRACT&#13;
Hetty Kurniati (66160123), The Influence of Service Quality, Brand Image and &#13;
Product Innovation on the Genta Guitar Customer Loyalty at PT Genta Tri Karya.&#13;
Customer loyalty is one important factor in increasing and decreasing sales in a &#13;
company. However, service quality, brand image and good product innovation are &#13;
expected to increase customer loyalty so that it is expected to increase company sales. &#13;
Based on this, this study aims to determine the effect of service quality, brand image and &#13;
product innovation on the customer loyalty of Guitar Genta at PT Genta Tri Karya. The &#13;
research method used was a survey method with descriptive and verification research &#13;
types. The data used are primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires. The &#13;
results showed that service quality is partially positive and not significant effect on &#13;
customer loyalty, brand image is partially positive and not significant, and product &#13;
innovation has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. However, service &#13;
quality, brand image and product innovation simultaneously have a positive and &#13;
significant effect on the loyalty of Guitar Genta customers at PT Genta Tri Karya.</note>
