PERSEPSI BRAND TRUST TERHADAP KUALITAS
PELAYANAN PADA 5ASEC LAUNDRY DI KOTA BANDUNG
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji persepsi brand trust terhadap kualitas
pelayanan pada 5aSec Laundry di kota Bandung. Metode yang digunakan dalam
penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam
penelitian ini meliputi observasi, kuesioner, dan studi dokumentasi. Teknik
analisis data dalam penelitian ini meliputi uji validitas dan reliabilitas, koefisien
determinasi, uji asumsi klasik, serta uji hipotesis. Populasi responden dalam
penelitian ini adalah seluruh pelanggan 5aSec laundry di kota Bandung. Sampel
responden dalam penelitian ini adalah pelanggan 5aSec laundry di kota Bandung
berjumlah 50 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel persepsi brand
trust terhadap kualitas pelayanan 5aSec laundry di kota Bandung memiliki
pengaruh positif.

PERCEPTION OF BRAND TRUST ON SERVICE QUALITY ON 5ASEC
LAUNDRY IN BANDUNG CITY
This research aims to test the perception of brand Trust on the quality of service
on 5aSec Laundry in the city of Bandung. The methods used in this research are
quantitative methods. The data collection techniques in this study include
observations, questionnaires, and documentation studies. The data analysis
techniques in this study include validity and reliability tests, coefficient of
determination, classical assumption test, and hypothesis testing. The population of
respondents in this study was all customers of 5aSec laundry in the city of
Bandung. Samples of respondents in this study were 5aSec customers laundry in
the city of Bandung amounting to 50 people. The results showed that the variable
perception of brand trust towards the quality of service 5aSec laundry in the city
of Bandung has a positive influence
