Kepuasan Konsumen adalah keseluruhan sikap yang ditunjukkan konsumen atas &#13;
barang atau jasa setelah mereka memperoleh dan menggunakannya. Penelitian ini &#13;
bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk, harga dan citra merek &#13;
terhadap kepuasan konsumen sepeda motor Beat di Honda Cemara Agung Motor. &#13;
Teknik analisis data menggunakan metode deskriptif verivikatif. Hasil &#13;
menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan &#13;
terhadap kepuasan konsumen, harga mempunyai pengaruh positiff dan signifikan &#13;
terhadap kepuasan konsumen, citra merek mempunyai pengaruh positif dan &#13;
signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Secara simultan kualitas produk, harga, &#13;
dan citra merek secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan &#13;
konsumen sepeda motor Beat pada Honda Cemara Agung Motor. Hasil penelitian &#13;
ini diharapkan dapat menjadi masukan seberapa berpengaruhnya kualitas produk, &#13;
harga dan citra merek terhadap kepuasan konsumen sepeda motor Beat.&#13;

Merek toward Kepuasan Konsumen Sepeda Motor Beat at Honda Cemara &#13;
Agung Motor&#13;
Consumer Satisfaction is the overall attitude that consumers show over goods or &#13;
services after they acquire and use them. This research aims to find out the &#13;
influence of product quality, price and brand image on the consumer satisfaction &#13;
of Beat motorcycles in Honda Cemara Agung Motor. Data analysis techniques &#13;
use verivikative descriptive methods. Results show that product quality has a &#13;
positive and significant influence on consumer satisfaction, price has a positive &#13;
and significant influence on consumer satisfaction, brand image has a positive &#13;
and significant influence on consumer satisfaction. Simultaneously the quality of &#13;
the product, price, and brand image together have a significant effect on the &#13;
consumer satisfaction of Beat motorcycles on Honda Cemara Agung Motor. The &#13;
results of this study are expected to be an input on how influential the quality of &#13;
the product, price and brand image to the consumer satisfaction of Beat &#13;
motorcycles</note>
