ABSTRAK Irma Sri Widhiyanti (66160013), Konflik Kerja dan Stres Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di CV. Perdana Java Creative Bandung. Kinerja karyawan adalah hasil kerja secara kualitas dan kuantitas yang dicapai oleh seorang pegawai dalam melaksanakan tugasnya sesuai dengan tanggung jawab yang diberikan kepadanya. penelitian ini yaitu bertujuan untuk mengetahui konflik kerja, stres kerja, kinerja karyawan dan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh konflik kerja dan stres kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di CV. Perdana Java Creative Bandung. Dalam penelitian ini metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa konflik kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, stres kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, secara simultan konflik kerja dan stres kerja secara bersamasama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan di CV.
