Kinerja karyawan adalah hasil kerja secara kualitas dan kuantitas yang &#13;
dicapai oleh seorang pegawai dalam melaksanakan tugasnya sesuai dengan &#13;
tanggung jawab yang diberikan kepadanya. penelitian ini yaitu bertujuan untuk &#13;
mengetahui konflik kerja, stres kerja, kinerja karyawan dan untuk mengetahui &#13;
seberapa besar pengaruh konflik kerja dan stres kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di &#13;
CV. Perdana Java Creative Bandung. Dalam penelitian ini metode yang digunakan &#13;
adalah metode deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Dari hasil &#13;
penelitian menunjukan bahwa konflik kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan &#13;
terhadap kinerja karyawan, stres kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap &#13;
kinerja karyawan, secara simultan konflik kerja dan stres kerja secara bersamasama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan di CV. Perdana Java &#13;
Creative Bandung&#13;

Employee performance is the result of quality and quantity of work &#13;
achieved by an employee in carrying out their duties in accordance with the &#13;
responsibilities given. This study aims to determine work conflict, work stress, &#13;
employee performance and to find out the magnitude of the effect of work conflict &#13;
and work stress on employee performance at CV. Perdana Java Creative Bandung.&#13;
In this research the method used is descriptive and verification methods with &#13;
quantitative approaches. From the results of the study indicate that work conflict &#13;
has a negative and significant effect on employee performance, work stress has a &#13;
negative and significant effect on employee performance, simultaneously work &#13;
conflict and work stress together have a significant effect on employee performance &#13;
at CV. Perdana Java Creative Bandung.</note>
