Kinerja Karyawan di CV. Perdana Java Creative Bandung.
Kinerja karyawan adalah hasil kerja secara kualitas dan kuantitas yang
dicapai oleh seorang pegawai dalam melaksanakan tugasnya sesuai dengan
tanggung jawab yang diberikan kepadanya. penelitian ini yaitu bertujuan untuk
mengetahui konflik kerja, stres kerja, kinerja karyawan dan untuk mengetahui
seberapa besar pengaruh konflik kerja dan stres kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di
CV. Perdana Java Creative Bandung. Dalam penelitian ini metode yang digunakan
adalah metode deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Dari hasil
penelitian menunjukan bahwa konflik kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan
terhadap kinerja karyawan, stres kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap
kinerja karyawan, secara simultan konflik kerja dan stres kerja secara bersamasama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan di CV. Perdana Java
Creative Bandung

Employee performance is the result of quality and quantity of work
achieved by an employee in carrying out their duties in accordance with the
responsibilities given. This study aims to determine work conflict, work stress,
employee performance and to find out the magnitude of the effect of work conflict
and work stress on employee performance at CV. Perdana Java Creative Bandung.
In this research the method used is descriptive and verification methods with
quantitative approaches. From the results of the study indicate that work conflict
has a negative and significant effect on employee performance, work stress has a
negative and significant effect on employee performance, simultaneously work
conflict and work stress together have a significant effect on employee performance
at CV. Perdana Java Creative Bandung.
