Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh Kualitas pelayanan&#13;
dan Kepuasan Pelanggan terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan. metode penelitian &#13;
menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan tehnik analisis data yang digunakan &#13;
yaitu deskriptif dan verifikatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa variabel &#13;
Kualitas Pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan &#13;
di Koperasi Citra mandiri Bandung. variabel Kepuasan pelanggan berpengaruh positif &#13;
dan signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan di Koperasi Citra mandiri Bandung. &#13;
variabel Kualitas pelayanan dan variabel kepuasan pelanggan berpengaruh positif dan &#13;

This research aims to determine how the influence of service quality and customer &#13;
satisfaction to costomer loyalty. The research method uses a approach quantitative, &#13;
with data analysis used in this research is descriptive and verification. The results &#13;
show the service quality variable have a positive and significant effect on the costomer &#13;
loyalty in KSP Citra mandiri Bandung. customer satisfaction variables have a positive &#13;
and significant effect on the costomer loyalty in KSP Citra mandiri Bandung. service &#13;
quality and customer satisfaction variables have a positive and significant &#13;
simultaneous effect on costomer loyalty in KSP Citra mandiri Bandung .</note>
