Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh ekuitas merek dan harga &#13;
secara simultan terhadap kepuasan konsumen film rontgen agfa pada PT Mitramed &#13;
Farma Utama Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan survey dimana kuesioner atau &#13;
angket ditujukan kepada responden konsumen PT Mitramed Farma Utama &#13;
Bandung. Penelitian ini ditujukan kepada responden dengan menggunakan teknik &#13;
sampling jenuh dan metode survey, jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kausal &#13;
dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini yaitu analisis &#13;
deksriftip dengan menggunakan SPSS dengan skala ordinal, dimana hasil penelitian &#13;
ini menunjukan adanya pangaruh yang signifikan pada variabel ekuitas merek dan &#13;
harga terhadap kepuasan konsumen berdasarkan hasil uji kelayakan model (Uji F) &#13;
pada variabel ekuitas merek terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dan pada variabel &#13;
kepuasan konsumen dan variabel harga terdapat pengaruh pada kepuasan konsumen&#13;
ekuitas merek dan harga tehadap kepuasan konsumen terdapat pengaruh yang &#13;
signifikan secara simultan.&#13;

Consumer Satisfaction of Afga Brand X-ray Film Products at PT. Mitramed &#13;
Farma Utama in Bandung” &#13;
This research aims to analyze the influence of brand equity and price &#13;
simultaneously on consumer satisfaction of agfa x-ray films at PT Mitramed Farma &#13;
Utama Bandung. This study uses surveys where questionnaires or questionnaires &#13;
are addressed to consumer respondents of PT Mitramed Farma Utama Bandung. &#13;
This research is aimed at respondents using saturated sampling techniques and &#13;
survey methods, this type of research is a causal study with a quantitative approach. &#13;
The data analysis technique in this study is desriftip analysis using SPSS on an &#13;
ordinal scale, where the results of this study show a significant impact on brand &#13;
equity variables and prices on consumer satisfaction based on model feasibility test &#13;
results (F) on brand equity variables there is a significant influence and on &#13;
consumer satisfaction variables and price variables there is an influence on brand &#13;
equity consumer satisfaction and consumer satisfaction teaadap price there is a &#13;
significant influence simultaneously.</note>
