ABSTRAK Muhammad Muda Hasibuan (66170118), Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan, Fasilitas Dan Lokasi Terhadap Keputusan Tamu Menginap ( Studi Pada Tamu Hotel Benua Bandung ). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan, Fasilitas dan Lokasi Terhadap Keputusan Tamu Menginap (Studi Pada Hotel Benua Bandung). Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 98 responden yang merupakan pelanggan yang pernah menginap dihotel benua minimal satu kali. Analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda dan menggunakan data yang bersumber dari responden. Hasil uji regresi linear berganda diperoleh bahwa kualitas pelayanan, secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan tamu menginap di hotel benua bandung. Namun untuk variabel fasilitas dan lokasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap keputusan tamu menginap di hotel benua bandung. Secara simultan kualitas pelayanan, fasilitas dan lokasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan tamu menginap di hotel benua bandung, sehingga hipotesis diterima ABSTRACT Muhammad Muda Hasibuan (66170118), The Effect of Quality of Service, Facilities and Location on the Decision of Guests Staying (Study of Bandung Continental Hotels). This study aims to determine the Effect of Service Quality, Facilities and Location on the Decision of Guests Staying (Study at Bandung Continent Hotel). The sample in this study were 98 respondents who were customers who had stayed at a continental hotel at least once. The analysis used is multiple linear regression and uses data sourced from respondents. The results of multiple linear regression test obtained that the quality of service, partially significant effect on the decision of guests staying at the hotel bandung continent. But for the variable facilities and location does not affect the decision of guests staying at the bandung continental hotel. Simultaneously the quality of service, facilities and location have a significant effect on the decision of guests staying at the Bandung Continental Hotel, so the hypothesis is accepted.
