Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis implikasi direct marketing dan &#13;
kepercayaan pelanggan terhadap keputusan pembelian paket umrah pada &#13;
PT.Sanabil Madinah Barakah Bandung. Hal ini didukung dengan pesatnya &#13;
pertumbuhan usaha tour and travel umrah dibeberapa daerah karena kebutuhan &#13;
masyarakat yang terutama umat muslim. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif &#13;
deskriptif verifikatif menggunakan regresi linier berganda dimana direct marketing &#13;
dan kepercayaan pelanggan sebagai variabel bebas dan keputusan pembelian &#13;
sebagai variabel terikat. Pemilihan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan &#13;
teknik simple random sampling dengan sampel sebanyak 92 responden dari jumlah &#13;
populasi sebanyak 1135 orang. Hasil penelitian memberikan kesimpulan bahwa &#13;
direct marketing dengan secara parsial berimplikasi terhadap keputusan pembelian &#13;
begitu juga dengan kepercayaan pelanggan. Penelitian yang dilakukan secara &#13;
simultan menghasilkan bahwa direct marketing dan kepercayaan pelanggan secara &#13;
bersama-sama berimplikasi terhadap keputusan pembelian paket umrah pada PT. &#13;
Sanabil Madinah Barakah dengan persentase koefisien determinasi sebersar 61,5%. &#13;
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, maka temuan lain dari penelitian ini yaaitu variabel &#13;
yang memiliki implikasi yang besar terhadap keputusan pembelian adalah &#13;
kepercayaan pelanggan.&#13;

The purpose of this study is to analyze the implications of direct marketing and &#13;
customer confidence in the decision to purchase an Umrah package at PT. Sanabil &#13;
Madinah Barakah Bandung. This is supported by the rapid growth of the Umrah &#13;
tour and travel business in several areas due to the needs of the community, &#13;
especially Muslims. This research is a descriptive quantitative verification research &#13;
using multiple linear regression where direct marketing and customer trust are the &#13;
independent variables and purchasing decisions as the dependent variable. The &#13;
sample selection in this study used a simple random sampling technique with a &#13;
sample of 92 respondents from a total population of 1135 people. The results of the &#13;
study concluded that direct marketing has partial implications for purchasing &#13;
decisions as well as customer trust. Research carried out simultaneously results &#13;
that direct marketing and customer trust together have implications for purchasing &#13;
decisions on Umrah packages at PT. Sanabil Madinah Barakah with a percentage &#13;
coefficient of determination of 61.5%. Based on the results of this study, the other &#13;
findings from this study are variables that have a major implication on purchasing &#13;
decisions is customer trust.</note>
