Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kualitas website, kualitas pelayanan, &#13;
kepercayaan pelanggan, loyalitas pelanggan, kualitas website terhadap loyalitas &#13;
pelanggan, kualitas pelayanan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, kepercayaan &#13;
pelanggan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh &#13;
pengaruh kualitas website, kualitas pelayanan, dan kepercayaan pelanggan PT &#13;
Senopati Indra Teknologi Bandung. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan &#13;
kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis data menggunakan metode deskriptif dan &#13;
verifikatif.. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan &#13;
antara kualitas website terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, terdapat pengaruh yang &#13;
signifikan antara kualitas pelayanan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, terdapat &#13;
pengaruh yang signifikan antara kepercayaan pelanggan terhadap loyalitas &#13;
pelanggan, terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan secara simultan antara kualitas &#13;
website, kualitas pelayanan, dan kepercayaan pelanggan terhadap loyalitas &#13;

ABSTRACT&#13;
Nur Yani Septiani (66160002), The Effect of Website Quality, Service Quality, &#13;
and Customer Trust on Customer Loyalty of PT Senopati Indra Teknologi &#13;
Bandung&#13;
This study aims to determine the quality of the website, service quality, customer &#13;
trust, customer loyalty, website quality to customer loyalty, service quality to &#13;
customer loyalty, customer trust to customer loyalty, to find out how much influence &#13;
the influence of website quality, service quality, and customer trust PT Senopati &#13;
Indra Teknologi Bandung. The research method uses a quantitative approach with &#13;
data analysis techniques using descriptive and verification methods. The results &#13;
show that there is a significant influence between website quality on customer &#13;
loyalty, there is a significant influence between service quality on customer loyalty, &#13;
there is a significant influence between customer trust in customer loyalty, there is &#13;
a significant simultaneous influence between website quality, service quality, and &#13;
customer trust on customer loyalty of PT Senopati Indra Teknologi Bandung.&#13;
