Saat ini dunia sedang dilanda Coronavirus Disease 2019 (Covid-19), virus yang &#13;
pertama kali muncul di Wuhan, China pada Desember 2019. Virus ini telah menyebar &#13;
ke berbagai negara, termasuk Indonesia. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini untuk mengetahui &#13;
pengaruh promosi online dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap keputusan pembelian &#13;
kosnumen The Square Bandung. Berdasarkan variabel penelitian, jenis penelitian yang &#13;
digunakan yaitu analisis deskriptif dan verifikatif, dengan metode kuantitatif serta uji &#13;
asumsi klasik, regresi linier berganda dan uji hipotesis untuk mengetahui hasil dari &#13;
penelitian yang dilakukan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan adanya pengaruh signifikan &#13;
dari Promosi Online dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada The &#13;
Square secara porsial, serta uji secara simultan menunjukan kedua variabel &#13;
berkontribusi dengan baik dalam penelitian ini terhadap keputusan pembelian &#13;
konsumen The Square Bandung.&#13;

ABSTRACT&#13;
Rama Rubiansyah Maulana (66160073), Online Promotion and Service Quality &#13;
and Its Impact on Purchasing Decisions of The Square Bandung.&#13;
Currently the world is being hit by Coronavirus Disease 2019 (Covid-19), a virus that&#13;
first appeared in Wuhan, China in December 2019. This virus has spread to various &#13;
countries, including Indonesia. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of &#13;
online promotion and service quality on consumer purchasing decisions of The Square &#13;
Bandung. Based on research variables, the type of research used is descriptive analysis &#13;
and verification, with quantitative methods and classical assumption tests, multiple &#13;
linear regression and hypothesis testing to determine the results of the research &#13;
conducted. The results showed that there was a significant influence of Online &#13;
Promotion and service quality on purchasing decisions at The Square in a portion, and &#13;
the simultaneous test showed that both variables contributed well in this study to &#13;
consumer purchasing decisions in The Square Bandung.&#13;
