Robie Nurfarhan (66160016), Pengaruh Stres Kerja dan Kompensasi terhadap &#13;
Turnover Intention Karyawan PT. Yakjin Jaya Indonesia.&#13;
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh stres kerja dan kompensasi &#13;
terhadap turnover intention karyawan PT Yakjin Jaya Indonesia. metode yang &#13;
digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan mengambil objek &#13;
penelitian 100 responden. Ada tiga variabel yang digunnakan dalam penelitian, yaitu&#13;
variabel independen stres kerja (X1), kompensasi (X2) dan variabel dependen&#13;
turnover intention (Y). penelitian ini dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuisioner kepada &#13;
karyawan yang bekerja di PT. Yakjin Jaya Indonesia sebagai responden dalam &#13;
penelitian ini. Penentuan responden dengan menggunakan non probality sampling &#13;
dengan teknik sample jenuh. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu penelitian deskriptif dengan &#13;
menggunakan analisis linear berganda. Penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa tingkat stres &#13;
kerja yang terjadi di PT Yakjin Jaya Indonesia tinggi, begitu juga dengan tingkat &#13;
kompensasi yang di rasakan tidak sebanding oleh karyawan dan turnover intention di &#13;
PT. Yakjin Jaya Indonesia berada pada tingkat yang cukup tinggi. Pengujian hipotesis &#13;
menunjukan bahwa stres kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover &#13;
intention secara parsial dan kompensasi juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan &#13;
tehadap turnover intention secara parsial. Sedangkan secara simultan menunjukan &#13;
bahwa stres kerja dan kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap &#13;
turnover intention. Antara variabel stres kerja dan kompensasi, variabel yang paling &#13;
dominan mempengaruhi turnover intention adalah stres kerja. Kesimpulan penelitian &#13;
didapat bahwa stres kerja dan kompensasi predictor penting yang mempengaruhi &#13;
terjadinya turnover intention karyawan di perusahaan karna dengan tingkat stres kerja &#13;
yang tinggi dan kompensasi yang dirasakan oleh karyawan tidak sebanding &#13;
cenderung karyawan akan memilih untuk berpindah tempat kerja dengan kata lain &#13;
yaitu turnover intention. Penelitian ini dapat bermanfaat bagi perusahaan dalam &#13;
mengurangi tingkat turnover intention yang terjadi di perusahaan saat ini&#13;

This study aims to examine work stress and compensation effect for turnover &#13;
intention PT. Yakjin Jaya Indonesia Employee. This study used quantitative method &#13;
and take 100 respondents. There are three variable used to this study; independence &#13;
variable of work stress (X1), compensation (X2) and independence variable of &#13;
turnover intention (Y). This study was conducted with distributing the questionnaires &#13;
to PT. Yakjin Jaya Indonesia employee as respondence. Respondence determination &#13;
use non-probability sampling technique with the kind of saturated samples. This study &#13;
is descriptive research and use multiple liniear analysis. This study show that work &#13;
stress level occure in PT. Yakjin Jaya Indonesia is high, and also the compensation &#13;
level that the employee deserve is not comparable and turnover intention in PT. &#13;
Yakjin Jaya Indonesia is on the high level. Examine of hypothesis show that work &#13;
stress is take positive and significant effect to turnover intention partially and also &#13;
the compensation. Whereas simultaneously show that work stress and compensation &#13;
take positive and significant effect to turnover intention. The most dominant variable &#13;
that take effect to turnover intention between work stress and compensation is work &#13;
stress. Conclution of this study is work level and compensation is important predictor &#13;
that take effect to turnover intention in company, because high level of work stress &#13;
and the compensation deserve by the employee is not comparable, the employee likely &#13;
to resign and looking for a new job i.e turnover intention. This study is useful for the &#13;
company to minimize turnover intention level occure to this company right now.&#13;
