Konsep bisnis waralaba Indomaret adalah yang pertama dan merupakan pelopor&#13;
dibidang minimarket di Indonesia. Munculnya para pesaing, menuntut Indomaret&#13;
untuk membuat strategi bersaing seperti penetapan persepi harga yang baik dan&#13;
ketersediaan berbagai macam jenis produk demi menarik minat konsumen serta&#13;
memuaskan konsumen dalam memenuhi segala kebutuhannya. Penelitian ini&#13;
bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran pengaruh dari Persepsi Harga dan&#13;
Keragaman Produk terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen Indomaret Padasuka 2 Bandung.&#13;
Adapun yang menjadi populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen Indomaret&#13;
Padasuka 2 dengan menggunakan teknik sample acak kemudian didapatkan 100&#13;
orang responden untuk diteliti. Teknik Analisis data dalam penelitian ini&#13;
menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif dan verifikatif.&#13;
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa variabel persepsi harga secara parsial tidak&#13;
berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen, sedangkan untuk variabel&#13;
keragaman produk secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan.&#13;
Kemudian untuk variabel persepsi harga dan keragaman produk secara simultan&#13;
berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen Indomaret Padasuka 2&#13;
Bandung&#13;

ABSTRACT&#13;
Salman Maulana (66160032), Perceptions of Price and Product Diversity as&#13;
the Influence of Consumer Satisfaction at Indomaret Padasuka 2 Bandung&#13;
Indomaret's franchise business concept is the first and is a pioneer in the&#13;
minimarket sector in Indonesia. The emergence of competitors demands Indomaret&#13;
to create competitive strategies such as determining good price perceptions and the&#13;
availability of various types of products in order to attract consumer interest and&#13;
satisfy consumers in meeting all their needs. This study aims to describe the effect&#13;
of perceived price and product diversity on consumer satisfaction at Indomaret&#13;
Padasuka 2 Bandung. As for the population in this study were consumers of&#13;
Indomaret Padasuka 2 using a random sample technique and then obtained 100&#13;
respondents to be studied. The data analysis technique in this study uses&#13;
quantitative methods with descriptive and verification approaches. The results of&#13;
this study indicate that the price perception variable partially does not have a&#13;
significant effect on customer satisfaction, while the product diversity variable&#13;
partially has a significant effect on satisfaction. Then for the variable price&#13;
perception and product diversity simultaneously a significant effect on consumer&#13;
satisfaction Indomaret Padasuka 2 Bandung</note>
