Faktor yang dilakukan untuk mempertahankan eksistensinya adalah dengan &#13;
meningkatkan daya beli konsumen. Pihak PT. WanaArtha Life Cabang Bandung &#13;
sedang meningkatkan daya beli konsumen terhadap produk asuransi yang ditawarkan &#13;
namun terjadinya permasalahan penutupan tabungan oleh pihak OJK pada tahun ini.&#13;
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji adanya pengaruh personal selling, &#13;
kepercayaan, dan kualitas pelayanan pada keputusan keputusan pembelian PT. &#13;
WanaArtha Life Cabang Bandung. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan pada &#13;
penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian metode deskriptif dan verifikatif&#13;
dan menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa &#13;
personal selling, kepercayaan, dan kualitas pelayanan mempunyai pengaruh &#13;
positifdan signifikan berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian. Secara simultan &#13;
personal selling, kepercayaan, dan kualitas pelayanan secara bersama-sama &#13;
berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian Asuransi WanaArta &#13;
Life Cabang Bandung&#13;

Quality on Purchasing Decisions. Case Study of PT. WanaArtha Life Bandung &#13;
Branch.&#13;
The factor that is taken to maintain its existence is by increasing consumer &#13;
purchasing power. PT. WanaArtha Life Bandung Branch is increasing the &#13;
purchasing power of consumers for the insurance products offered but the problem of &#13;
closing savings by the OJK this year. This study aims to examine the influence of &#13;
personal selling, trust, and service quality on the purchasing decisions of PT. &#13;
WanaArtha Life Bandung Branch. The research approach used in this study uses a &#13;
descriptive and verification research approach and uses quantitative research &#13;
methods. The results showed that personal selling, trust, and service quality had a &#13;
positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Simultaneously, personal&#13;
selling, trust, and service quality together have a significant effect on purchasing &#13;
decisions of WanaArta Life Insurance Bandung Branch</note>
