Sebagai Pengaruh Terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen Ersada Hotel Bandung.&#13;
Kepuasan konsumen merupakan perasaan senang atau kecewa yang timbul &#13;
karena membandingkan kinerja yang di persepsikan produk atau hasil terhadap &#13;
ekspetasi mereka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh &#13;
kualitas pelayanan dan servicescape terhadap kepuasan konsumen di Ersada Hotel &#13;
Bandung baik secara parsial dan simultan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan &#13;
adalah metode deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Hasil &#13;
penelitian menunjukan bahwa kualitas pelayanan mempunyai pengaruh positif dan &#13;
signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen, servicescape mempunyai pengaruh positif &#13;
dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Secara simultan kualitas pelayanan &#13;
dan servicescape secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan &#13;
konsumen di Ersada Hotel Bandung.&#13;

Sharah Oktaviani Saputri (66160003), Service Quality And Servicescape As An &#13;
Impact On Consumer Satisfaction Ersada Hotel Bandung.&#13;
Consumen satisfaction is a feeling of pleasure or disappointment that arises &#13;
becauses of comparing the perceived performance of products or results against &#13;
their expectations. This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and &#13;
servicescape on consumer satisfaction at Ersada Hotel Bandung both partially and &#13;
simultaneously. The research method used is descriptive and verification methods &#13;
with quantitative approaches. The results showed that service quality has a positive &#13;
and significant effect on customer satisfaction, servicescape has a positive and &#13;
significant effect on customer satisfaction. Simultaneously the quality of service and &#13;
servicescape together have a significant effect on customer satisfaction at Ersada &#13;
Hotel Bandung</note>
