Taupik Muhamad Ajis (66160135) Analisis Talent Management Terhadap &#13;
Kinerja Karyawan pada PT Pos Indonesia Bandung&#13;
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh talent management terhadap &#13;
kinerja karyawan pada PT Pos Indonesia Asia Afrika Bandung yang merupakan &#13;
Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN) yang bergerak dibidang jasa kurir, logistik &#13;
dan transaksi keuangan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT Pos &#13;
Indonesia Asia Afrika Bandung yang berjumlah 135 orang. Penelitian ini &#13;
merupakan penelitian deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan &#13;
kuantitatif. Teknik sampling adalah non probability sampling dengan &#13;
menggunakan sampling insidental, sebanyak 101 karyawan diambil sebagai &#13;
sampel. Penelitian ini dikategorikan penelitian survei. Sumber data primer &#13;
penelitian berupa observasi, wawancara dan kuesioner. Sumber data sekunder &#13;
berupa studi literatur dan referensi jurnal ilmiah. Alat bantu analisis data &#13;
menggunakan program SPSS versi 24.0. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam &#13;
penelitian adalah analisis regresi linier sederhana. Hasil Penelitian pada PT Pos &#13;
Indonesia Asia Afrika Bandung menunjukan bahwa gambaran talent management &#13;
dalam kategori baik, gambaran kinerja karyawan dalam kategori baik, hubungan &#13;
antara talent management dengan kinerja karyawan dalam kategori sedang, dan &#13;
talent management melalui rekruitmen, seleksi, retensi karyawan seperti &#13;
melakukan pemberian penghargaan dan kompensasi kepada karyawan serta &#13;
mengembangkan talenta karyawan dengan melakukan pendidikan dan pelatihan &#13;
yang sesuai mempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja &#13;
karyawan dalam kualitas, kuantitas, efisiensi, efektivitas serta dampak &#13;
interpersonal karyawan dalam bekerja.&#13;

This study purpose to analyze the effect of talent management on employee &#13;
performance at PT Pos Indonesia Asia Afrika Bandung, which is a state-owned &#13;
company (BUMN) engaged in courier services, logistics and financial &#13;
transactions. The population in this study were 135 employees of PT Pos &#13;
Indonesia Asia Afrika Bandung. This research is a descriptive and verification &#13;
research using a quantitative approach. The sampling technique is nonprobability sampling using incidental sampling, as many as 101 employees were &#13;
taken as the sample. This research is categorized as survey research. The primary &#13;
data sources for the study were observations, interviews and questionnaires. &#13;
Secondary data sources are literature studies and scientific journal references. &#13;
The data analysis tool uses the SPSS version 24.0 program. The method of &#13;
analysis used in this research is simple linear regression analysis. The results of &#13;
research at PT Pos Indonesia Asia Afrika Bandung show that the picture of talent &#13;
management is in good categories, employee performance images are in good &#13;
categories, the relationship between talent management and employee &#13;
performance is in the medium category, and talent management through &#13;
recruitment, selection, employee retention such as giving awards and &#13;
compensation to employees as well as developing employee talents by conducting &#13;
appropriate education and training has a positive and significant impact on &#13;
employee performance in terms of quality, quantity, efficiency, effectiveness and &#13;
employee interpersonal impact at work.&#13;
