Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis work-family conflict, stres kerja dan &#13;
kinerja karyawan serta untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara work-family conflict, &#13;
stres kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada karyawan di PT Bank Mandiri Taspen &#13;
KCP Ujungberung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah &#13;
metode survey, dengan tipe penelitian deskriptip verifikatif dengan menggunakan &#13;
analisis linier berganda. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 30 responden yang &#13;
merupakan karyawan PT bank mandiri taspen kcp ujung berung sendiri. Penentuan &#13;
responden diambil menggunakan metode non probability sampling dengan teknik &#13;
sampling jenuh. Data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah hasil primer yang &#13;
didapatkan dari penyebaran kuesioner. Penelitian ini menunjukan hasil bahwa &#13;
tingkat work family conflict tinggi begitupun tingkat stres kerja pada perusahaan &#13;
cukup tinggi. Pengujian hipotesis pada penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa secara &#13;
simultan work family conflict dan stres kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap &#13;
kinerja karyawan pada karyawan PT Bank Mandiri Taspen Kcp Ujungberung.&#13;

ABSTRACT&#13;
Tri Lestari (66160112), Work-Family Confict Phenomenon and Work Stress and &#13;
Its Effect on Employee Performance at PT Bank Mandiri Taspen KCP &#13;
Ujungberung.&#13;
This study aims to analyze work-family conflict, work stress and employee &#13;
performance and to determine the effect of work-family conflict, work stress on &#13;
employee performance at PT Bank Mandiri Taspen KCP Ujungberung. The &#13;
research method used in this research is a survey method, descriptive research type &#13;
verification using multiple linear analysis. The sample in this study were 30 &#13;
respondents. Determination of respondents was taken using non probability &#13;
sampling method with saturated sampling technique. The data used are the primary &#13;
results obtained from distributing questionnaires. This study shows that the level of &#13;
work family conflict is high as well as the level of work stress at the company is &#13;
quite high. Hypothesis testing shows that simultaneously work family conflict and &#13;
work stress do not have a significant effect on employee performance at PT Bank &#13;
Mandiri Taspen Kcp Ujungberung employees.&#13;
