ABSTRAK Tri Lestari (66160112), Fenomena Work-Family Confict dan Stres Kerja Serta Pengaruhnya Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT Bank Mandiri Taspen KCP Ujungberung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis work-family conflict, stres kerja dan kinerja karyawan serta untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara work-family conflict, stres kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada karyawan di PT Bank Mandiri Taspen KCP Ujungberung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survey, dengan tipe penelitian deskriptip verifikatif dengan menggunakan analisis linier berganda. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 30 responden yang merupakan karyawan PT bank mandiri taspen kcp ujung berung sendiri. Penentuan responden diambil menggunakan metode non probability sampling dengan teknik sampling jenuh. Data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah hasil primer yang didapatkan dari penyebaran kuesioner. Penelitian ini menunjukan hasil bahwa tingkat work family conflict tinggi begitupun tingkat stres kerja pada perusahaan cukup tinggi. Pengujian hipotesis pada penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa secara simultan work family conflict dan stres kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada karyawan PT Bank Mandiri Taspen Kcp Ujungberung. This study aims to analyze work-family conflict, work stress and employee performance and to determine the effect of work-family conflict, work stress on employee performance at PT Bank Mandiri Taspen KCP Ujungberung. The research method used in this research is a survey method, descriptive research type verification using multiple linear analysis. The sample in this study were 30 respondents. Determination of respondents was taken using non probability sampling method with saturated sampling technique. The data used are the primary results obtained from distributing questionnaires. This study shows that the level of work family conflict is high as well as the level of work stress at the company is quite high.
