Dalam penelitian ini metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ditetapkan sebanyak 100 responden yang kemudian disebar menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukan brand image berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan Paloma di Galleri Golden Hardware Bandung, brand trust berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan Paloma di Galleri Golden Hardware Bandung, secara simultan brand image dan brand trust secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan Paloma di Galleri Golden Hardware Bandung ABSTRACT Yayu Yulianti (66160021), The Influence of Brand Image and Brand Trust on Customer Satisfaction Paloma Lock And Sanitary at Golden Hardware Gallery Bandung.
