Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh permasalahan yang ada pada IndiHome PT.Telkom &#13;
yaitu banyaknya keluhan yang pelanggan sampaikan pada kolom komentar aplikasi &#13;
MyIndihome di Appstore. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran &#13;
serta pengaruh Customer Relationship Management dan Brand Trust terhadap &#13;
Kepuasan Pelanggan secara parsial dan simultan pada Indihome PT.Telkom . Metode &#13;
yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif deskriptif dan verikatif. Jumlah &#13;
responden dalam penelitian ini 99 responden. Adapun teknik pengambilan data berupa &#13;
observasi, kuesioner, studi kepustakaan, dan data primer. Hasil penelitian menunjukan &#13;
secara simultan customer relationship management dan brand trust berpengaruh &#13;
terhadap kepuasan pelanggan Indihome PT.Telkom Witel Bandung. Secara parsial &#13;
customer relationship management berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan &#13;
pelanggan.</note>
