Abstrak One of the areas affected by current technological developments is the culinary field. Cafe Sequence 26 is one of the culinary businesses in the city of Bandung. Cafe Sequence 26 was established in October 2021, with a contemporary Cafe concept and design, making Cafe Sequence 26 visited by many customers, especially young people. In the process of the system running on Cafe Sequence 26, there are several conclusions of the problem, such as the order process which is still manual, not yet computerized, as well as the process of recapitulation of reports and payment calculations that are still not computerized. The purpose of this research is to build a menu order management application that can facilitate consumers in menu selection, report generation, and payment calculations. In addition, Androidbased mobile applications can help handle business processes. The method used to develop this application is the waterfall method, which consists of several stages that require analysis, design, coding, and testing. The results of this study can be concluded that the order management application created can help managers in terms of report recapitulation, food and beverage menus in digital form, a more efficient and effective ordering process, and eliminate the risk of payment calculation errors.
