Customer Satisfaction dan Customer Experience menjadi dua faktor krusial dalam &#13;
sektor pariwisata yang berperan dalam membentuk revisit intention. Customer &#13;
Satisfaction mencerminkan sejauh mana pelanggan merasa puas terhadap produk &#13;
atau layanan yang diterima, sedangkan Customer Experience menitikberatkan pada &#13;
keseluruhan interaksi dan pengalaman yang dirasakan selama kunjungan. &#13;
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan customer satisfaction, customer &#13;
experience, serta Revisit Intention di Kolam Navasari, Sari Ater Hot Springs Ciater. &#13;
Selain itu, penelitian ini juga menguji pengaruh parsial antara customer satisfaction &#13;
terhadap revisit intention, customer experience terhadap revisit intention, serta &#13;
pengaruh keduanya secara simultan. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah &#13;
deskriptif verifikatif dengan teknik pengambilan sampel nonprobability sampling. &#13;
Diharapkan hasil penelitian ini dapat membuktikan adanya pengaruh positif yang &#13;
signifikan dari kedua variabel terhadap revisit intention.</note>
