Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Perceived Organizational &#13;
Support dan Work Life Balance Terhadap Employee Performance Pada PT &#13;
Sipata Moda Indonesia. Perceived Organizational Support mecakup persepsi &#13;
karyawan tentang sejauh mana perusahaan menghargai kontribusi mereka, &#13;
mempeduilikan kesejahteraan mereka, Work Life Balance adalah kemampuan &#13;
karyawan untuk menyeimbangkan pekerjaan dan kehidupan pribadi mereka. &#13;
Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan &#13;
pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada karyawan PT Sipata &#13;
Moda Indonesia. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis &#13;
regresi linier berganda untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh masing&#13;
masing variabel terhadap Employee Performance. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan &#13;
bahwa pengaruh Perceived Organizational Support dan Work Life Balance &#13;
secara signifikan berpengaruh positif terhadap Employee Performance karyawan &#13;
PT Sipata Moda. Hasil penelitian ini mengindikasikan pentingnya peran &#13;
Perceived Organizational Support dan Work Life Balance dalam upaya &#13;
peningkatan Employee Performance.</note>
