Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh talent management dan &#13;
organizational commitment terhadap employee performance dengan employee &#13;
engagement sebagai variabel mediasi pada PT Sipata Moda Indonesia. Penelitian &#13;
ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode analisis Structural &#13;
Equation Modeling berbasis Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). Data dikumpulkan &#13;
melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 187 responden yang merupakan karyawan &#13;
perusahaan PT. Sipata Moda Indonesia. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa talent &#13;
management berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap employee engagement &#13;
dan employee performance. Organizational commitment juga terbukti memiliki &#13;
pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap employee engagement dan employee &#13;
performance. Selain itu, employee engagement berperan sebagai variabel mediasi &#13;
yang signifikan dalam hubungan antara talent management maupun organizational &#13;
commitment terhadap employee performance. Temuan ini mengindikasikan &#13;
pentingnya strategi pengelolaan sumber daya manusia yang mencakup &#13;
pengembangan talenta, penguatan komitmen organisasi, dan peningkatan &#13;
keterlibatan karyawan untuk mendorong kinerja yang optimal, khususnya pada &#13;
perusahaan manufaktur padat karya seperti industri tekstil.</note>
