ABSTRACT

Merliza (66140051), Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja Dan Stres Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada PT. Madurasa Unggulan Nusantara.
Faced with efforts to improve employee performance, one of the big problems is creating a good work environment and reducing employee work stress. Both of these have a role in increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of the organization in carrying out all activities and work that have been planned and programmed. With a good work environment and reduce work stress, employees are expected to be able to improve their performance in order to realize the vision and mission of the organization where they work. The identification of research problems are: (1) Uncomfortable work environment. (2) The target level of the company which is felt by employees is too high and there are errors that result in not being timely in completing work. (3) Lack of quantity and quality of work.
This study aims to determine the Effect of Work Environment and Work Stress on Employee Performance at PT. Madurasa Unggulan Nusantara Bandung with a sample of 70 respondents who have been taken through random sampling techniques. This study uses descriptive research methods and linear regression analysis using IBM Statistics SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution). The sample and research are the population of employees of PT. Madurasa Unggulan Nusantara, amounting to 70 people. Data collection uses questionnaire and data is collected using questionnaire using Likert scale. The results of the study are based on the results of the t test (partial) tcount> t table (4.189> 1.667) namely there is a significant and positive influence between the work environment variables on employee performance, tcount> t table (15,818> 1,667) ie there is a significant influence on the work stress variable on employee performance, as well as the results of the test f (simultaneous) Fcount> Ftable (10.756> 3.13) according to the hypothesis testing criteria H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted. Based on the research results above, it can be concluded simultaneously that there is a significant influence between the work environment and work stress on employee performance.
